Birthday Party Policies
Booking policy:
A deposit of 50% is due to reserve your birthday party date and time.
We accept debit or any major credit cards. The balance is due forty-eight hours before your party.
Should you wish to postpone or cancel your party for any reason, we do require 48 hours notice ahead of the day to avoid any charges.
Cancellation must be made and confirmed via e-mail or text. Last minute cancellations will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

Extreme hot or cold weather is an inconvenience to any party! We know how frustrating it can be to plan every detail of the party only to experience an extreme weather condition. Please consider shelter and shade for both the entertainer and the children, or have an alternate venue option prior to your day. If you need a suggestion, please contact us: we are here to help!
